The Foxtrot
A
well danced Foxtrot is a thing of beauty in our opinion unmatched by
any other dance. Many of the female contestants on the BBC's Strictly
Come Dancing said the Foxtrot with it's wonderful swing music at a
gentle 29 beats per minute in simple 4:4 time was their favourite. So
far so good. The problem with the Foxtrot is that to do it well is
devilishly difficult and done badly it doesn't look too good. On paper
the Foxtrot is straightforward but unless you are able to put some
serious time into your wedding dance routine it's going to be a
challenge. Take the challenge and rise to it and your guests will be in
tears, and that's just the men! The Foxtrot is the third tune on our ballroom sampler.
In Summary
