At Vertical Expression we specialise in ballroom and latin dancing but which dance would suit you? There are five ballroom or standard dances and five latin dances and we believe all but the latin Paso Doble are suitable for a wedding dance depending on your personality and the the amount of time you can put into it. It has to be said that fitness also plays its part.
